Our church is having a bake-off and I really would like to participate.
The category is "anything chocolate"
I used to be a fabulous dessert maker, but it has been a long time, and I don't even remember the things I used to make.   :O  Normally, I make things to taste,  I have a slight disadvantage now, because I am dairy free and can't sample.  :(
What are your very favorite chocolate recipes?

ETA, even if you don't have a recipe, you can tell me what your dream chocolate treat would be, and I can probably come up with a recipe. Thanks!

Any of these that you have a link for would be great, I'd hate for you to type them all in.

Is the triple truffle like this one?

Janice, I have this really strange aversion to applesauce. I am sure it is delicious in a cake, though. I am just kind of :shifty about it. Thanks anyway.
