Healthy homemade ice cream???

I was watching QVC :shifty and they were selling an ice cream maker. They were showing how easy it is to do. Made me think of my nifty ice cream maker I got for my birthday shortly after dd was born... but since I've had kiddos, I haven't felt I had the time to make ice cream. But now I'm thinking it's got to be pretty easy!

Anyone have any healthy/healthier ice cream recipes?? I'm thinking I can use organic milk and organic sugar, for starters!

It is easy. Although it's almost more $$ than buying the good stuff (bryer's) at the store. I have the ben & Jerry's ice cream cookbook. The basic vanilla recipe is just milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Takes about 40 minutes hands off time for soft serve then you freeze it to make it harder.
