Vegetarian French Onion Soup

I need a good recipe. I can go months without meat but without the beef consume it's just not the same.

Have you tried the powdered veggie broth yet? You could mix the beef one up double strength. That might work.

Otherwise you might want to try Bryanna Clark Grogan's site and see if she has a recipe. She makes the best substitutes. You could try googling her name and French Onion Soup. Her recipes are Vegan, but she might have suggestions for the broth.

Also, I add Bragg's or Tamari to my Veggie soup and it makes a beefy baste. A friend taught me the trick and i was mortified. But, it tastes really good.
