Thank you both! The link is fixed now. Sorry I took so long to fix it. :O

Just wanted to mention that though I think there is a lot of helpful info there, I don't agree with everything suggested on his site -- such as I don't agree with the ideas suggested that are supportive of traditional timeouts and I don't like the article "8 Admonitions to Parents Who Chose to Spank."

Well, I just found this link to be VERY helpful. I frequently struggle with yelling or wanting to yell and this is a blog written by a mom who decided to stop yelling for a full year (although she exceeded her goal :rockon). This post is about what she learned while not yelling:


What really struck me is that many of these things are true for spanking as well :yes

Doctor Sears' link is also not working... and the positive discipline article archive link leads to an error page.
