Graphics help please!!

I need some one to give me some ideas on what could be causing this. It seems there is something wrong with any animated graphics on my computer. Blinkies don't blink, nothing that should move does. Like this guy :rockon He doesn't rock. Anothetr message board I am on has a dancing banana emoticon and it no longer dances for me. :( I have no idea what happened. Any ideas?

Oh, and I am really not "up " on all this techie stuff , so please, type slowly and use small words, lol! :giggle

Do you use Internet Explorer for your browser? Try this:

Click on Tools
Select Internet Options
Goto "Advanced" tab
Scroll down until you see "Multimedia"
Make sure "Play animations in web pages" is checked

I am using internet explorer. I checked that, and it is enabled. Still no animation. :shrug

What about maybe downloading IE from Microsoft's website and reinstalling it?
