recurring upset stomach/diarrhea

For the past several weeks, Hannah (13) has frequently felt nauseous and had bouts of diarrhea. No immediately apparent cause :shrug She's already dairy-free, and hasn't had any wheat/gluten for the past week. No other 'allergic' symptoms, just the stomach upset. And at this point she's feeling more than open to suggestions :think

If you mean in general, yes ;) She's been a woman for well over a year now.

I was just considering hormonal causes, but now that I re-read it could be parasitic.

Oregano oil capsules will kill off parasites pretty nicely. You have to treat, wait two weeks and treat again because of the way that their life cycle works.
