Headaches

I have a really really bad one today....anyone have any good ideas as to get rid of it? I have taken some meds but that doesn't seem to be working...and I have a couple more hours of work left today.... :( I hate headaches

Huge glass of water. Most of my headaches are either caused by or exacerbated by dehydration.

The only thing that works for me is the tablet form Excedrin. The capsule just doesn’t dissolve fast enough for me and never help much. I agree with the pp too, drink lots and lots of water.
