I have had the worst grass allergies this year! I usually am not in this much misery until August. I've been taking benadryl (generic), but it makes me very dozey and grouchy when it wears off. I need a better solution. Any homeopathic type stuff that would work? My symptoms are (in order of annoyance), itchy throat, sneezing, itchy dry eyes, and a runny and itchy nose.

I think I have some homeopathic allergy meds you can have. DH didn't like them. I'll check to see if I still have them when I get home from work.

Also, I know you have outdoor allergies, but the 3M allergy heater filters do wonders for DH. We even taped one to a box fan and have it running constantly in our bedroom.

I've never had much luck with homeopathy for allergies, but Claritin (well, the Walgreens generic of it) works great ;)

Good filters are a must.
