Okay- I've figured out most of my migraine triggers and it seems like the only ones I'm getting now are a day or two before AF shows up and the first of AF. Having a dull migraine for 2-3 days just stinks and I don't want it. Get behind me Satan.
Anyway- do you think I'm deficient on something (besides brain cells :lol)? I haven't done well the last few weeks taking my fish oil or my food based prenatals :shifty but I am getting a decent amount of flax seed oil in the things I'm preparing.
Anyway... I'd love to be 100% migraine free, can you tell? :) I went almost a year without a single one while I was pregnant/early PP and it was fantastic.
