I can't find my proof of rabies certification

Thankfully I only need it for the groomer, but I cannot find it & they want it. We have the shots done at the Petco low-cost vax clinic so I don't even have a vet to call to get proof. Does anyone have any ideas for me? He is due for his next shot in December.

Whoever did the shot should keep a record somehow. Maybe contact Petco? Do they give you tags? We get a tag from the vet with the rabies vax record number on it in addition to the paper certificate.

The shot clinics at our Petco are run by a travelling veterinarian. Your records are definitely kept somewhere. If you call Petco they can give you the number for the place. They should be able to help you, get you a copy, or something. They also let me know when they would be at other Petco's in my area when I needed booster shots for my dog.
