We are just starting to venture into the world of natural medicines. I stopped by a local natural food/supplement store and the owner talked with me for a few minutes. I wish I had gone w/o the kids. Anyway, he seemed pretty knowledgable and really recommended products from this company www.eclecticherb.com This was the first time I had come across their products. How trustworthy are the owners of the natural food stores? How do I figure this out? I don't want to just blindly trust but I don't want to be a total skeptic either. Thoughts?
