Nose Bleeds

My 3yo ds just started having nose bleeds. It was pretty warm here yesterday, but I didn't think anything of it. But dh had nose bleeds all the time when the weather gets warm. I'm just not satisfied with, "well that's the way it is." Is there anything to to do?

I grew up with nosebleeds. We never did figure out what caused them. I did eventually grow out of them. What about his nose just being too dry? get some saline solution nasal spray.. or is he dehydrated maybe?

My brother used to get nose bleeds all the time when he was little. I think it had something to do with being low on iron...you could check into it.
