I recently picked up some organic raspberry leaf tea, in hopes that it would somehow improve my cycles, as right now, due to PCOS, they are typically 6-8 weeks apart, and very light, and they can stretch on for weeks.

Does anyone know enough about this tea, to know if it could improve my cycles?it claims in can aid healthy menstruation/irregular menstruation. And how much should i take? if i'm hit and miss, will it mess up my hormones?

thanks!

It's a tonic herb. Very mild. It probably won't regulate your cycle quickly, like say, Chaste Tree Berry or any of the stronger herbs, but it is a good source of Calcium and is Uterotonic.

Exactly, it couldn't hurt and it is good for the female reproductive system. It's nourishing. Anything nourishing is good.
