Ugh. I've been crampy for the past week and a day. I don't know why... my temps don't show ovulation (plus cramps for that wouldn't last this long!) nor am I having AF. But I'm so crampy and getting annoyed by it. Is there anything I can do for it while breastfeeding?? I tried tylenol & it didn't help much. :shrug
