Does white Tea have high levels of caffeine? I know it is super good for you (like Green). I know it must have some caffeine content. I bought some bottled Arizona White Tea, but wasn't sure if I should avoid drinking it in the evening if it has a lot of caffeine.

The only thing I know is that the Celestial Seasonings pear white tea bags I have say "contains caffeine" on the package. I have no idea how much or how it compares to black or green tea.

Larwain, that's about my level of knowledge too :) Hmm. Guess I will just drink it at not too close to bedtime then.
