and the directions say

cc (please add fees ppcalc.com) xyz at yahoo . com

does this mean i send 44.59 to "xyz" if i'm paying by credit card? or do i have this totally messed up?

Yeah. If you're paying by credit card, then you need to pay to the xyz address, and you are going to have to pay a little extra (is that how you came up with the higher amount?). Sounds right to me!

The first account would be her personal account. It's to accept funded payments. If you send a cc payment there, she will be hit with even higher fees than those you calculated.

The second account would be her premiere account. She can accept cc payments and pay a smaller fee than she would with her personal account.
