getting dry erase marker out

DD has a white shirt with brightly colored stripes. She got a spot (not too small to notice, though) :doh of dry erase marker on it. Anyone have any idea how to treat it? It's not an expensive shirt, just a new one that she's worn once :jawdrop :rolleyes

hmm hair spray is supposed to take if off surfaces..not sure what I would use on fabric though...any stain removed for inks....
