A ? about flax oil...

Is it the same as flax seed oil? :shrug From what I read at wikkipedia sounds like it is, but I'm not sure. :shrug Anybody know?

Yeah... The front says the name of the product is flax oil, but the ingredient list says oil made from flax seed. :doh

I'm going to blame it on lack of sleep... AGAIN! Thanks for the response, though.
