I am new here and just wanted to introduce myself, specifically, to this topic. I am ALL about healthy eating and my family have recently become vegetarians. I have not given antibiotics to my family since discovering garlic and make (most) of my own cleaners. I am not an extremist, by any means, but enjoying the journey to a more healthier lifestyle for my family, my environment, and all that live within it.
