I ordered a gadget from Miles Kimball and it's here and I love it! Normally I wouldn't buy something like this but my mom gave me a gift card for Miles Kimball for Christmas and after much searching, I decided on...the Rotato Express. :giggle It sounds so silly but it really does work and it's really handy. You stick the potato down onto some spikes, push a spike into the top and position this little blade arm. Then, push the button and it spins and peels the potato and shuts off when it gets to the bottom! :tu I still have to get a few pieces of skin here and there and at the very top and bottom but it really saves me a lot of time. We eat a lot of potatoes around here! I've also done sweet potatoes and it says it can do like apples and oranges and stuff too. My ds likes to collect the peels for the compost. It's $25 and like I said, I normally wouldn't buy something like this but I had the gift card. Anyone else have one or some other fun gadget?
