Corner of DS' eye is red. Should I be concerned????

I just noticed that part of C's eyeball is red. Just his right eye. I had him follow my finger w/his eyes and it's mostly just in the corner of his eyeball.. It looks blood-shot or something..

Is this something I need to be concerned about? He hasn't had any head injuries.
