Okay, I am ready to take a plunge into buying something better than a little point and shoot camera :shifty I have had my camera since dd1 was born, time to move on.

What I dont like about this one: not real high quality, and the biggest thing is its just soooo sloooooww. LIke it will be on, and I will have it in my hand, then it will do the automatic battery save thing, and the kids are doing something totally cute, and Im clicking clicking clicking trying to get it to turn back on already and I completely miss the shot and the moment is long gone because my camera wouldnt turn on! AND, its slow in between taking pictures too. same thing, it will shut off if I dont take the next picture fast enough, and right after I take the first picture, THEN the baby smiles and Im trying to take the picture, but the camera has shut itself off... or is still waiting to save the last picture. Drives me nuts. I want to take one picture after another if I want to :shrug

anyway, I have no idea what Im looking at. All these letters and numbers make no sense to me :O but here is the first one I looked at :giggle http://www.crutchfield.com/S-nFxduABwVwG/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?wm=fp&I=280PSS3IS&g=11310 :shrug

or: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-nFxduABwVwG/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=11310&I=280PSA630

I really have no idea what Im looking for! :blush

Reid dropped our camera right after Christmas vacation (we lost all our pics)...

We replaced our old Sony with a Canon PowerShot G7. We love it!
