Misbehaving arrow keys

So, any idea on why my left and right arrow keys won't work? :shrug The up and down keys do just fine. Help!!!! :scratch

Do your kids or husband play games on the computer? Maybe they "overused" those two keys. That's happened to me with the space bar.

:think No, not really. They all have their own computers. :think Occasionally my daughter will play on my computer, but her games are mouse games. :scratch

Maybe try removing the keys and cleaning underthem with an old toothbrush. The Techie says that they should just pop off.
