Looking for software to monitor internet/computer use by kids

I want a program that will let me control how much access my kids have to the internet. Does anyone have one that they could recommend?

Sorry, I just saw this. I found NetNanny to work for that. That is until the Techie figured out how to disable it. So, it will work on non-techies.

Thanks. I figured out that Internet Explorer has some features built into it that let me control web access with a password. It has a couple of glitches that I've discovered so far, but none that have kept it from working with my 4 y.o., and, it's free! :mrgreen

Well, ok, but keep an eye on it. I found that my son can sometimes get a page (youtube) to load even though I specifically told it to block that page.
