I just remembered that my mom asked her for the recipe - I will ask her or starlene for it soon (whoever I talk to first) if she doesn't see this

Glad you liked it :) It's one of my favorite party treats and super simple. You can bake it in the oven if you want but I always just microwave it. Here you go:

Artichoke dip

1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonaisse
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese (or more if you like)
I small can of diced green chile peppers
1 regular size can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Mix it all together and melt it til it tastes right.
