I am thinking I might want to make some cupcakes to take to a gathering tomorrow.
I am tired of the same old stuff I make.
What I would really like to make is mini cupcakes, but every time I make mini muffins or cupcakes, they always come out dry and I never know how much to fill the pans.
So any tips there?
Also, I was really craving this cupcake my grandmother used to make, it was with scalded milk.
Does anyone have a recipe like that?
