Best stuff in the world!!

Ok, I am now officially addicted to this fruit dip!!! Here's the recipe...Take a stick of butter and 1 c of rapadura or sucanat. Melt it together. When the butter is melted remove from heat and whip mixture with 1 c of sour cream and 2 tsp of vanilla. Refridgerate to thicken it up. This is soooooo good with apples and bananas especially :yum :yum. Since we do Nourishing Traditions this is like the best not really cheat food in the world!!!

Yummy. . THat sounds really good except we can't even have sucanat or rapadura regularly. We can't have anything "cane sweetened" not in moderation. Do you think maple syrup would work?

I bet it would I bet honey would work too.

edited because I said brown sugar too thinking it would be good on apples. But brown sugar is still cane sugar.

I suspect it would be runnier but it would still be good. Maple flavored though and not so caramelly. I was thinking of trying agave nectar, ever use it??
