Ok I don't know why, but sometimes in a couple of my cast iron pots/pans if i cook something it tastes kind of off. i mean it's not like it's inedible, just there is a slight aftertaste that is weird for lack of a better word. did i not season them correctly? it's usually with more pourous foods, but like i can cook eggs in my pan and it's fine. but i made fried cornbread and it's a bit off. i can make pinto beans in my pot and they're fine, but if i make boiled potatoes, they're a bit... off. i don't get it. the rest of my cast iron is fine :shrug
