I have just started sewing again after about 4 years. I needed liners for a couple baskets I bought. I brought down the baby's dresser to the living room and wanted baskets for socks for the baby and toddler, but I wanted to dress them up so they looked good enough for the living room (I did have the toddler's socks in a basket that was too small and it was always overflowing).

So... I never want to make another buttonhole after today... :giggle ...

The fake flower bouquet doesn't match anything... it was a gift. It's going into my dd's pink & purple room when it's done it's time in the living room :giggle .

thanks :grin .

I screwed up the bottom piece of each liner... but it was a learning experience for sure. I should have my diaper/momma pad materials tomorrow evening and then the real sewing fun begins .

We bought new couches about 6 weeks ago... they should be here any day now. I'm hoping the liners match the couches. Ones blue and the other is a khaki sage greenish.
