What do you like to do with rhubarb?

My MIL brought me a bunch of it. Last time I made rhubarb crisp. Any other ideas for me?

just had to add my favorites:

My favorites are the "Go Anywhere Bars" Rhubarb pie (with or without strawberries), rhubarb cobbler, rhubarb-mustard corned beef, and hmmm...just about anything with rhubarb.

I'm told I make a killer strawberry-rhubarb jam... ;)

My Dad used to grow it when we were kids and Mum would stew it, and serve it with homemade custard. Yummo! :grin

My mom made an awesome rhubarb pie! io useta hate it when i was really young (VERY tart!) but i gcould eat a whole one hese days pobably, lol! sara lee makes a pretty good one, but nothing compared to what my mom made
i've never had rhubarb any other way though
