A wonderful lady at church made a huge hashbrown casserole :yum for our family, but we are not going to be able to finish it all off, and I would like to split it up and freeze it in smaller portions. It does have sour cream in it, and the casserole has been baked. Will there be a problem with freezing it?

I don't see a problem with freezing it. To reheat, I'd just let it thaw in the fridge and then pop it back into the oven to warm through and crisp up :yum
