I just wanted to thank you heartily for the Mexican cooking advice. Some thoughts of your plus some thoughts from Vespera & Vespera's birth mom have got me cooking some of the best food my family has EVER eaten! You are totally right about cumin & limes. My goodness we go through that stuff...and tomatos! I cannot keep my house stocked with enough tomatos or cabbage, it seems. But, we're very happy & everyone is thoroughly enjoying the cuisine! Thanks!
