Roaster Oven ideas?

I got one last Christmas to cook big birds, and I used it this week to make "real" baked potatoes (the microwaved ones just aren't the same as slow baked). :mrgreen

I also threw in some vidalia onions rubbed with butter and some carrots wrapped up in foil. yum.

What do you cook in your roaster ovens? I'm eager for more ideas.

I dont even know what a roaster oven is, but those sure sound yummy!!! baked potatoes! :yum

:giggle I didn't either until I saw one. It's like a countertop roaster--similar to a crock pot, but with much larger capacity. Mine can hold up to a 22 lb. turkey/bird.

We've eaten more than half the baked pos. I may used the rest for potato skins, mashed taters, or soup.
