Italian Dressing :-) :yum :yum :yum Any Kind of vinegarette really... It's amazing how many salads taste better with good ol' oil and vinegar instead of mayo.

Vegennaise is egg-free and yummy. You can find it at health food stores. :)

I second Vegennaise. My DH puts it on everything! Some people have used Nayonniase also but the general consesus seems to be that Vegennaise tastes much better. And there are several varieties including organic.

You can most likely find it a your nearest health food store but if not you can always order it online. Here's their site.

Mash avocado with a little lime juice and it makes a fantastic sandwich topping! :yum

I was going to suggest vegennaise, too. I don't personally eat it because I don't like mayo at all, but I have fed it to my family without complaints! :-)
