I need help with creating a website. I can't decide if I should go with a package that has been offered to me or get one customized. I also went to godaddy.com and found that they have templates I can use there for a very same feel. Tell me what I need to know about creating and manitaining a website. I need to have a shopping chart how will I know it is secure?
