*look please* Can you make muffin batter the Night before??

Sorry, I don't mean to seem dramatic but I am trying to get this done tonight!
I am wanting to make muffins tomorrow morning but don't want to have to make the batter tomorrow
Think I can make up the batter tonight and then bake them tomorrow so they will be fresh or would that be yucky/flat?
They are a vegan whole grain recipe.

I would think you can atleast mix all the dry stuff together tonight and just add the wet stuff tomorrow :shrug

I agree with pp. I'd mix the dry stuff, but wait on adding the wet stuff b/c it could change the consistency of the muffins if it set overnight. Could you just make the muffins tonight?

This is too late for you, but you can't mix the wet and dry ingredients together much ahead of time because they would rise in the mixing bowl overnight, then they wouldn't rise any more when you baked them.
