Outlook express - junk mail filter?

is there a way I can make all the junk mail go to a junk folder? how? would I have to put in each address? that can take a really long time :/ and how would it know whats junk and whats not? IM SOOOOOOO tired of all the icky stuff in my mail box every single day :sick

Get a new address lol. Really, I change my email address at least once a year, send out an announcement to the people who you want to know, leave behind the ones ya don't.

okay Im not sure how to do that either :O when I sign up for things or whatever I always used my yahoo address, but somehow it still got infiltrated :/
