Ah, me silly tomato plant. I just bought 'er and she's already betrayin' me. What is wrong...diagnose me plant, please?

how much do you water it? the soil looks really moist.

Oh, I had JUST watered it before I took the pic. It's not overwatered by me...I can't tell you what the store did, though.

hmmm.........well, here is a site I use to diagnose stuff. Your plant may have early blight, take a look at that.

Thank you, Kelli! I agree with you...that's what it looks like. It's been really hot here the past few days which is when I noticed it. I'll make sure to protect it from the heat and see if it helps.

:hug glad to be of help! I can't grow anything with flowers, and I love flowers, but I have plants galore. I have an angel ivy fern thats out of control! And at grandma's I have tomato plants. She has some too, so we planted them in her garden and I look after all of them.

I though tomato leaves turning yellow meant too much water :think

it does in some cases. But sometimes its a fungus, especially if plants are close together and the weather is hot. Either way, now both problems can be fixed.
