Friday afternoon the power went out and I couldnt get back online. I called tech support, but of course they said they couldnt do anything, they would send someone out monday morning :scratch so I guess a guy came by this morning and found nothing wrong, so I called again, and I guess I had to go back to a certain date? whatever thats called, like 2 minutes and I was back online again :doh
Im irritated for one, being on hold the whole time, then why couldnt they tell me this friday over the phone??? :hissyfit and I missed doing stuff online, although, it did make me realize how much time I spend here :shifty and when I got back there was 19 pages of new posts! :jawdrop
I wish I knew it was something so simple :doh course, I probably wont remember how to do it the next time it happens :rolleyes
