Help for exhaustion?

DS has been waking 10+ times since late february and I am starting not to cope.

How can I help myself?

I take a good supplement already.

Can your dh take care of him when he gets up? Why does he wake up? That is a lot of times to be waking up. It sounds like you probably just need some sleep....I am not sure that taking anything would help or not. WHat is your diet like ?
