Another probiotic???

Is it harmful to take it for extended periods. I mean does it become uneffective or less effective like antibiotics?? Or does the good bacteria always stay effectvie. KWIM??

I am under the impression that it is always good. Jordan Ruben in both his Maker's Diet & Physician Rx for Health suggests it....
