Put in my garden today!

I'm so excited, I haven't had a garden in so long!! I can't wait for it to flourish. Here's what my mom and I planted today:

Walla walla onions
red onions
purple shallots
garlic chives
mesclun salad mix
baby bok choy
spinach
sugar peas
rainbow chard
red-cored carrots
some interesting variety of radish
broccoli rabe

in a couple of months we'll put in the potatoes, tomatoes, herbs and squash. :jump

yum! I like your selection. Dh and I are considering have a garden this year too. It would be our first.

We've had gorgeous warm weather this week! All the starts are really bushing out, and surprisingly the baby bok choy is doing the best of all, followed closely by the chard. A lot of the seeds are sprouted and taking off. And the onions are already 5 inches tall!
