DD getting a little bossy with her friend. SHe not mean or anything but kinda gives orders and demands he do what she wants. like today she kept telling him to use the stairs and not climb up he ladder :shrug Or she'll decide she wants a drink an insist he needs one alos.
I'm told her that he's capable of making his own decessions and that she needs to ask nicely but its his decession and she needs to repect that. Anything else I can or should do?

I wouldn't worry about it too much. He'll figure out how to say something if she's bothering him. :) Natural consequences would be her friends not wanting to play, and she'll understand that.

It's the age and gender. Dd1 does it ALL the time, even to the baby...and worse, dh & i.
