Hi all,
I recently saw a naturopath who diagnosed me underactive thyroid, and also switched me to a high alkaline diet as my previous diet was quite acidic. Does anyone know any good recipes, or sites I can use. Thanks so much.

Did she give you a list of alkaline/acid foods?

A lot of foods that seem that they may be acid, actually aren't. And a lot of times, just limiting sugars (simple carbs., white sugar, white flour, etc.), and refined foods really helps.

Thanks so much for the feedback. This was my first visit to a naturapath and it really opened my eyes. I am having to retrain my thinking on what is good for my body and what is not. Thanks for the links and info. :)
