I guess I'd been slipping in this area lately, thinking that my kids would just understand by now what I expect of them.
This past week I have been consistent with letting them know what my expectations are, modeling for them what they are, and practicing with them. I've been consistent and on-top of things and my kids have been so great to be around! (Well, except for normal 3 1/2 yo stuff...but I'm getting the hang of that too). My mom even commented today on their behavior, asking if I'd changed anything in their diet, because they seemed more calm and well-behaved. :shifty
