Immune boosters for kids

My dd has a really bad infection right now, but I'm not sure what I can give her to boost her immune system. She is only 5.5. Any suggestions?

ecinachea plus goldenseal. Also wild charry bark or elderberry. HTH

We use echinacea. Astralagus is also an excellent deep immune support but should not be used if a fever is present.
