do you take cod liver oil?

We are vegetarian but I think I am going to start adding cod liver oil because of all the benefits Ive read about it. Do you take it? What brands do you trust? Where do you get a good price on it?

Carlson's and Nordic Natural are good brands. YOu want to find it in the refridgerator section.

We use Nordic Naturals. We like the taste of the orange flavored one.
I'm going to try Radiant Life though because the nutritional factors are higher.
Garden of Life is supposed to have a good one too.

I have tried Garden of Lifes and where I am sure the quality is good...I couldn't stand the flavor. Mint/lemon and fish.....
