Anyone know what to take for hypothyroidism??

I'm thinking I might have it- incredible fatigue and very SLOW weight loss being the two main problems right now. I was told I could take a natural herbal remedy to see if it would work to correct it, without needing testing or medication. ANyone know what this might be or how I could go about finding out?

honestly mama. I'd not mess with your thyroid.
I have Graves disease and manage it with levoxyl after having RAI ten years ago.
See your doctor. Its a simple bloodtest . If you are hypothyroid then you can look into natural remedies, but why put something into your body if your'e not sure what the problem is?

I would rather know the facts and not treat something you're not even sure you have.

Have the thyroid test then you will know what you're dealing with
