22 mo pulls at p*nis and whines? update: definitely thrush, now what?

he doesn't seem to have the urgency/painful urination of a uti. but every time after he pees. he pulls at his crotch and whiles like it hurts. any ideas? he's also got a steadily worsening cough/cold.

Is it yeast? Is there any redness on his penis? DS sometimes gets a little yeast issue on his penis when his immune system is low (generally right before getting sick with a cold).

Not that I've noticed, but he does have a white patch on the inside of the corner of his mouth that I've been wondering about. Hmm.

Alright, and thinknig back, I've thought his mough looked VERY red this week.

SO if it's yeast, what do we do? The man at Great Earth recommended collodiol silver, which I swabbed on there and it does seem to be helping. Do I need to worry about it for me?? Should I give him the silver to eat?
