not really a professional "pattern" but I had good luck cutting up a pair of gerber plastic pants that had a hole in them - I just cut out the elastic and cut down the sides to where I had a flat piece of vinyl with an "hourglass" kind of shape - traced that, sewed up the sides, then measured ds's legs and tummy for elastic lengths and sewed on elastic.
